Even though I’ve already started working on my post baby new year workout routine [which I will blog about later] I saw this while finding some healthy dishes to cook and thought I would share. Incorporating this foods into your everyday life will not only help you with your lifestyle change [NOT DIET..I don’t do those] but these will make you feel more energized! So go out and get these “super foods” and start making dishes!!

This new year we did the food a little different. My mom remixed the menu and I must say this is the first in EVER I liked the black eye peas! (Usually on the list of most hated meals)
